How does your magnetic wallpaper work?
Our magnetic wallpaper now comes in a single-layer format, installing just like traditional wallpaper while still being receptive to magnets. It can be used for interactive play or as a noticeboard capable of holding up sheets of paper, photos or anything light enough to be held up by a magnet. Each roll comes with 3 complimentary magnets and you can purchase more of our magnetic characters and speech bubbles here.

Will my cellphone work around the magnetic wallpaper? Is it safe?
Think of our magnetic wallpapers like a metal cabinet. It will not disrupt phone signals nor will it attract jewelry, as it’s magnetic receptive. This means magnets are attracted to it - just like a fridge or a metal cabinet.
Which paste do I use to install Sian Zeng wallpapers?
- Classic wallpapers: We recommend any high quality, ready-mixed wallpaper paste for paste-the-wall wallpapers.
- Magnetic wallpapers: Any ready-mixed paste formulated for heavy embossed and vinyl wallcoverings is ideal for installing our magnetic wallpapers, ensuring superior adhesion.
How do I install the Magnetic wallpaper?
Our magnetic wallpaper installs just like any normal paste-the-wall wallpaper. We recommend priming the wall before like with any other wallpaper. Due to its interactive nature, it’s essential to varnish our magnetic wallpaper with 1 layer of Polyvine Decorators Varnish in Dead Flat to protect the surface against the wear and tear of magnets.
How many rolls will I need?
The number of rolls depends on room size and pattern match. Use our wallpaper calculator to estimate how many you'll need.
For more complicated rooms – for example, with a window or with a sliding rooftop – we are happy to help. Please email us your room dimensions and, if possible, a rough drawing of the room.

What should I do if my wall height is above the max height (3.2m) your wallpaper mural allows?
If your wall is just taller tjhan 3.2m, we recommend the following:
If your wall does not contain a skirting board, then you may consider putting one in place. This will allow the start point of your wallpaper panels to be raised. You can also use panelling for the same purpose.
Alternatively, another option is to paint the walls the same shade of background as your mural.

What should I do if my wall height is too low for your murals?
All our murals are designed to be customizable when it comes to wall height. Depending on the design, it may have blank space above or below the artwork.
You can choose to trim your wallpaper from the top (for Hua Trees, Jungle, Desert, Swan Lake) or from the bottom (Clematis) to fit your space perfectly, or perhaps choose an amount from the top and bottom to perfectly frame the mural exactly where you want it to be.

Can I see samples of the wallpaper before I place my order?
We highly recommend ordering wallpaper samples before your final purchase, as colors may vary from what you see online due to monitor differences and room lighting.
Each sample order includes a 10% discount code for your next purchase, offsetting the sample cost and giving you the chance to test your wallpaper before committing.

What is a batch number? Why are they important?
Batch numbers indicate rolls that have been produced together. Rolls from the same batch should be hung together to avoid any roll-to-roll colour discrepancies. Batch numbers can be found on the label of our wallpaper rolls.
Because our wallpaper is made to order, each order is its own batch. Any rolls produced for another order may have slight colour inconsistencies, and should not be hung side by side with wallpaper from another batch. This is why it’s so important to ensure that you’re ordering enough wallpaper for your wall.

Are Sian Zeng wallpapers suitable for bathrooms?
Our wallpapers are suitable for most areas of the bathroom, except those in direct contact with water or areas that are highly humid. You can coat your wallpaper with Decorator's Varnish to give it an extra layer of protection in humidity-prone rooms, such as bathrooms or kitchens.
What happens if we ordered less rolls than we need?
Because our wallpapers are made to order, each order is its own batch. If you find you haven't ordered enough, please keep the rolls unopened and contact us for a reprint. We'll accept the unopened rolls back and reprint your complete order, including any additional wallpaper, as one batch.
If the rolls are already opened, we cannot accept them for return. You may order an additional roll from a new batch; while colour variations are minimal, they are possible. Alternatively, you can place a new order for the entire required amount to ensure consistent colour throughout.

To ensure the longevity of your wallpapers, please follow the hanging instructions on the reverse of the wallpaper roll label.
All our wallpapers are classed as spongeable.
Spongeable wallpaper can be lightly cleaned with a damp sponge to remove surface dirt. It’s suitable for gentle cleaning but should not be scrubbed vigorously. Adhesive may be wiped from the face of the wallcovering with a damp cloth or sponge at the time of hanging without visible damage - provided the adhesive is still damp. Always test a small area first to ensure the wallpaper's finish is preserved.

How do I give my wallpaper an extra layer of protection?
If you would like to add an extra layer of protection to your wallpaper, we recommend sealing it with Polyvine Decorators Varnish, available from our store. You may want to consider this option if your wallpaper is placed in a high-traffic area or in humid environments such as bathrooms or corridors.
What should I do when I receive my wallpaper?
Please ensure that all of your wallpaper rolls have the same batch number on arrival.
You must inspect your wallpaper for any faults or flaws upon receipt of your order and before hanging.
Please let us know within 48 hours if there are any problems. We cannot be responsible for replacing any wallpaper that has been hung before inspection. If at any point you are unsure how to proceed, please contact us.
Do you offer gift packaging?
If required, we can provide a gift card with a handwritten message or wrap orders in tissue. Please let us know by filling out the special instructions box at the check out.
Can you recommend a decorator?

Where can I purchase Sian Zeng products?
Purchase directly at www.sianzeng.com or through our store finder.
Can I place an order online without an account?
Yes. Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your shopping basket, simply proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and select ‘Checkout as Guest’ in the top right corner.
How do I use the discount code?
At checkout, you will see a discount code field. Please enter your discount code into the box and click apply. Your discount will be applied to your cart immediately.
How do I use the gift voucher?
To redeem your gift voucher, simply enter your voucher code to our discount code field at checkout and click apply. Your gift voucher will be applied to your cart immediately.
When is your next sample sale?
Feel free to sign up to our newsletter to receive updates regarding our upcoming sales and promotions.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account in two ways: either by clicking ‘Register’ and completing the necessary steps, or during the checkout process, where you will be able to select ‘Save my information for a faster checkout’. Your account will be automatically created once you complete your purchase.
How do I edit my account information?
You can edit your account information at any time by logging into your account, selecting ‘View Address’ and clicking ‘Edit/Delete.’ Here, you will be able to change your name, phone number and delivery address.
Please note that if you change your delivery address in the ‘My Account’ portal of our website, it will not automatically update your delivery address for your previously submitted order. In the event that you would like to change the delivery address of a submitted order, please notify us immediately, and we will be able to amend your details as long as the order has not been dispatched.
If I change my address in my account, will my pending order be delivered to my new delivery address?
Changing the delivery details in your account will not affect any pending orders.
If you need to change the delivery address of a pending order, we can only do this if the order has not yet been dispatched. You will be responsible for any changes in delivery charges, which must be paid before we can dispatch your products to you.
How do I check my order status?
Once you have placed an order, you will be able to see the status of your order in your account dashboard.
Failed – Payment failed or was declined (unpaid)
Unfulfilled – Payment received and your products are being produced and packed
Fulfilled – Order dispatched
Cancelled – Cancelled by an admin or the customer
Refunded – Refunded by an admin
I have set up an account but I have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If you still have not received an email, please contact us at info@sianzeng.com.
When will my order ship?
Check if the products you have ordered are in stock or made to order in the product page.
If in stock, we aim to ship within 1-3 business days since your order is placed.
If made to order, the dispatch times are:
1-3 weeks for wallpaper
1-3 weeks for Easy Wall Tape
2 months for magnetic wallpaper
2-5 working days for giclée prints
What is your returns policy?
We have a 30 days returns policy. Please see our Delivery and Returns Policy page for more details.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once dispatched, UK orders arrive in 2-3 working days, orders to Europe in 3-6 working days and orders to the rest of the world in 5-9 working days.

How much is delivery?
Free UK delivery is offered on orders of £45 and above. UK delivery is £1.75 for small parcels and £6.70 for medium-sized parcels, as calculated by Royal Mail. For more details on international shipping prices, please go to our Delivery terms and Returns page.
My order hasn’t arrived.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time period for delivery, please contact us.
An item is missing from my order.
If you receive your order from us and are missing any item(s) or have faulty/damaged items, please notify us immediately, providing photographic evidence of what you received. We will make sure to correct the situation as quickly as possible.
